Since then my car has had problems where the gears have been grinding as I'm driving. The program was to repair the transmission gear shift lever from getting stuck in the park position, by replacing the gear shift lever circuit board free of charge. I took it to the dealer three times and they can't find any problems. This happens very frequently and have been watching for a recall on this and have not seen one as of yet. It has also started to slow for no apparent reason when driving at a steady speed on the highway going around 65-70 miles an hour , I have had mullinax ford look at the transmission 5 times now, and it is still there. The current mileage was 20,000 and failure mileage was 4,700. I have been holding out on replacing it, but I understand that's another popular problem with this vehicle.
