I paid to have the trans oil and filter replaced even though the tech said the fluid was clean. Then it was back to normal. In the same time frame, the company has added nearly 8,000 U. The van drove a lot nicer for a while, but occasionally had some hard shifts. A lot of 20-30mph streets with stop signs.
I basically have the exact same situation as you. I feel that Chrysler did not investigate my complaint thoroughly and fear that im perhaps not the only person that is affected by this problem. I had a lot of these same symptoms: shuttery shifting, clunky 1-2 shift, sometimes clunky 2-1 shift.
